Q: Which forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express for online processing. If you wish to purchase by check or bank transfer, please send an email to orders@redearthsoftware.com.
Q: Is the order process secure?
A: Yes, the order system uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to encrypt (128 bit) data and credit card details before being transferred.
Q: I prefer not to enter my credit card details online.
A: If you prefer not to order online, you can print out the order form and fax it to: (408) 608-1958. We will process your order and email you the serial number and invoice.
Q: How long does it take to process my credit card?
A: Your order will be processed within a couple of hours.
Q: What are the different steps of the order process?
A: The steps of the order process are as follows:
- Go to the order page.
- Enter the quantity of the product you wish to order and click 'Add to cart'. Repeat this for every product you wish to order. When you are ready, click 'Checkout'. If you wish to double-check the contents of your cart, click 'View cart'.
- Check the product information and total price. If this is correct, enter your billing information and payment details. Click 'Process order'.
- Your order will be processed within 24 hours and the serial number and invoice will be sent to you by email.
Q: How quickly will I get my serial number?
A: You will receive your serial number and invoice within a couple of hours.
Q: Will I receive an invoice?
A: Yes, an invoice will be emailed to you in Adobe pdf format.
Q: What about shipment?
A: At the moment the software programs are only available in download format, so there is no shipment and there are no shipment charges.
Q: What does maintenance include?
Maintenance includes technical support and product upgrades. For a more detailed description, please consult the maintenance terms & conditions.
Q: Can I use my hotmail or gmail address when ordering?
When entering your contact details, please enter your corporate email address. This helps us to prevent credit card fraud.
